Stella Blue Ventures is a licensed Take 5 Oil Change franchisee in the southeastern United States. We own and operate locations in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Kentucky.
We are Take 5, and we are proud to be the industry disruptor and automotive franchise to own. We took inspiration from the hospitality industry to transform the mundane task of getting an oil change into an enjoyable customer-focused experience. Our revolutionary drive-through oil change services can be found in over 500 locations in 18 states. As we continue to expand our brand, our immediate focus is to grow our brand presence through franchising in the Southeast United States.

Shop Manager
Responsibilities of an Shop Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining relationships with the community, customers, crew and senior management
- Hiring staff
- Scheduling shop crews
- Inventory control
- Shop and crew management
- Administrative management and reporting
Assistant Shop Manager (ASM)
Responsibilities of an Assistant Shop Manager (ASM) include, but are not limited to:
- Assume the responsibility and authority of the store manager in the store manager’s absence
- Manage the crew
- Open and close the store
- Assist with inventory, administrative management and reporting
Lead Technician
Responsibilities of a Lead Technician include, but are not limited to:
- Handle all function for the shop operation
- Manage customer flow and business needs
- Manage claims
- Train new hires on all shop crew positions
- Operate coolant evacuator equipment – exchange coolant
- Handle employee issues at the level
Certified Technician
Responsibilities of a Certified Technician include, but are not limited to:
- Complete Training program
- Work in all crew positions: Courtesy, Hood, Pit, and Service Writer
